1. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, we may not be able to cancel it. We will inform you if your cancellation request can be accommodated.
2. Refunds (Limited to Specific Cases)
Given the nature of our products, particularly food items and the delicate nature of handcrafted jewelry, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges unless one of the following conditions is met:
Significantly Defective Item: If you receive a silk thread jewelry item with a significant manufacturing defect that substantially affects its functionality or appearance. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence of the defect.
Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item that is significantly different from what you ordered. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with details and photographic evidence of the incorrect item.
Upon verification of a significantly defective or incorrect item, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund for that specific item.
3. No Returns or Exchanges
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
Minor variations in the appearance of handcrafted jewelry.
Slight differences in taste, texture, or color of food items (pickles, sweets, spicy foods) due to natural variations in ingredients and preparation.
Change of mind.
Incorrect selection of items by the customer.

4. How to Initiate a Refund Claim (for Defective or Incorrect Items)

If your claim is approved, we will notify you about the refund process. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
5. No Cash on Delivery (COD)
Please be aware that we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid through the available payment methods on our website.
